Hey! Where is Saturday and Sunday!?!? Did you forget, or were sick kids and family too time consuming to post? Good luck! I am happy to see that you walked today, by yourself, no less!
ha ha. I really should talk to you about this one. I want to write a cook book that is interactive - you decide what meals you want, it automatically sends your grocery list to costco or what ever local retailer you use, is tallied and paid for from your account and you pick it up or have it delivered. Then as you make the meals you enter them in each day and it calculates your carbs, fats, protiens, vitamins etc so you can see where you are running low or over achieving. It also allows for personal preference, makes suggestions for exercise and future menus based on things like climate and your weather (this way your aren't scheduled to each Chili when it's 110 outside or barbecue when it's raining.) You can also program it for for dietary problems, like diabetes. So, it sort of is like a one stop cook book, nutrition center, exercise counselor, budgeter, etc. It sort of integrates all the recourses of the internet; the recipes, the weather, the nutrition calculator, your bank records, etc. what do you think?
We are the Ziolkowski's. I am Celina, wife of Greg and mom of 4 great and spirited kids, they are Alessandra, Analisa, Emilio and Alejandro. I get to stay home and hold down the fort and do fun stuff whenever I want. Well not really whenever I want, but sometimes.
